Beautiful location, nice and quiet. Perfectly presented, clean and cosy. Everything we needed for a cycling holiday. We stored the bikes in a garage. Stone throw from Hawkshead pub and shops. The owner is very friend and extremely helpful. The hot tub is quite a treat in the evening.

Pleasant stay in Hawkshead

Shepherd’s hut is lovely and exactly as described- fun to stay in. Hot tub doesn’t feel very private. It was a shame many of the pubs/businesses in the village were closed for refurbishment. Coniston’s not too far away with plenty of alternative places to eat.

We got married 3 weeks ago and decided to have a small UK break child free for the weekend. The hut was cute, very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was gorgeous and the village is lovely. So peaceful, there is plenty of places to eat and drink within a two minute walking distance. I would definitely stay again

Brilliant & Quirky Accomodation

Loved this Beekeepers Hut, it had everything you needed and in an idyllic location. The wood fired Hot Tub was amazing too. Friendly & helpful hosts, who respected your privacy too. We will be going back!
