「Great location, communication, and accommodating. Clear beach view from the deck to enjoy sunrises and the ocean view all day. The house was clean, had every appliance that we could use if we needed, location perfect to everything in town etc. His helpfulness was outstanding. 「When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm.
