“The property is beautifully designed and very posh, but unfortunately the window shades don’t block out the exterior lighting at night, and the street noise is quite overwhelming.”

“Great breakfast! Great location. Stayed there for a visit to children’s hospital. Carpet was dirty. Our baby’s knees were black after crawling for 5 minutes. All I could see were the streets of Nola on the carpets. But if dirty carpet doesn’t bother you, this place really is very nice! ”

“I had a 6 day stay and housekeeping never came to my room. The font desk staff was friendly. However I requested housekeeping on 2 separate occasions yet no one came to clean my room ”

“We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property. Felt safe with gated parking lot as well. Even got to enjoy some sun in the pool Would definitely recommend and go back. ”

“Room was dingy and the bathroom door was rotting away. The door to the room was about as thin as cardboard. The WiFi signal was decent. I had to wait 10 minutes at the front desk before anybody even came by to check me in. I know that happened to somebody else because when I was trying to sleep in the next morning, somebody at the front desk was shouting “HELLO…?” for like 30 minutes straight. I was frequently woken up by loud conversations people were having in the front lobby because the walls……

“The shower walls had not been wiped down in quite some time. Soap and shampoo residue was obvious. There was an area on the floor in front of the sink was slippery like it had an oil residue. Those were my only complaints. The room was cozy and stylish. They made my bed and refreshed towels daily which I really enjoyed. The staff were all very nice except for one gentleman. The pool area was perfection! I loved the covered areas which allowed me to sit outside comfortably without getting too……

“Everything was good. Our room was above the lobby/bar and it was a bit loud until 11pm, but it felt expected. No worries. ”

“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”
