Perfect place for exploring Amsterdam

We loved our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The location was great as we could walk into centre to enjoy seeing the sights, yet return in evening to a beautifully quiet location. We enjoyed drinking tea in the mornings while enjoying the locals stroll along the canal. The hosts were helpful, friendly and excellent communicators.

Wonderful location close to public transport and museums. Wessel is very helpful and assisted with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. The accomodation has all you need and very comfy beds.

Lovely stay in Amsterdam

Apartment with two large en suite bedrooms, and a small, well equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer! Beware the very steep, long stairs (typical of Amsterdam) – Wessel's son was kind enough to help us get our luggage up them. Host was super friendly and accommodating, great communication and suggestions. Convenient, safe location with easy access to trams, and lots of places for food and shopping nearby. Definitely recommend!

A clean and comfortable apartment in a peaceful and safe location, with good transport connections to the city centre. Supermarket, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants within the immediate neighbourhood.The front bedroom overlooks a canal, the rear bedroom looks into a private garden space. New year in Amsterdam

We had a great time in Amsterdam. Wessels place is a nice spot for families, outside of the main hustle and bustle but easy enough to get in via tram - especially the zoo.We got a great view of fireworks over the canal from the top floor windows.

This was the perfect place to stay. The front and back rooms are both bright and airy. There is a kitchen with all the needed details. We do enjoyed starting our vacation here. Wessel is an amazing host and provided us with spectacular food recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We rented both bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the kitchen area clean and well stocked. The hosts are very attentive & quick to respond to our questions or needs. We were very close to a grocery store, wine shop, cheese shop, numerous restaurants and a tram stop.

Easy to get around town from there. Place was clean and the only thing I would say is if you have mobility issues this place may not be ideal. Stairs are steep. Owner responded promptly. I would stay there again 😊

Fantastic property in a great location

My daughter is attending college in Amsterdam and we were there as a family to set up her dorm and do some sightseeing. Wessel is very attentive and a great help when we had questions. Wessel was extremely attentive. He even helped us get our luggage up the (scary steep) stairs. Coffee shop down the street and many restaurants. We really appreciated having a washer AND dryer
