"Desk clerk is not friendly. Kiosk lady was very friendly. Walls are very thin. I could hear the guest in the room beside me having sex. I was woken up to moaning and bed banging up against the wall. Otherwise it a nice clean place"

"Breakfast was great. Room 208 smelled of urine. Tile floors needed some mopping as well as the sticky elevator floor. Staff needs to be proactive rather than relying on guests to report issues. Clock in lobby was an hour off. I liked the room except for the pungent odor of urine especially in the bathroom."

"This hotel is absolutely gross and severely rundown. Flooring was completely missing in areas, there were horrendously poorly patched holes in the walls, the bathroom sink light didn’t work at all, the toilet was overflown into the floor when I arrived. I had to get a new room, and that toilet was clogged. The curtains had all kinds of cuts and holes in them. The lampshade was stained from some dried liquid on it. There was no rod on the closet rack. It was just very gross. It’s outrageous for this company to accept money from people to stay here and not do basic maintenance and upkeep."
