"Great little hotel in beautiful and vibrant Cambridge area. Great restaurants and breakfast places around and if you like to walk like we do, not so bad to downtown. Room was beautifully designed and bed soo comfortable. Hotel doesn’t provide cleaning every day but not a problem for us. Will stay here if I’m Boston again."

"I had a lovely suite overlooking the woods and the Charles River, where there is a lovely path for walking. I was surprised when I was told there was a full kitchen in the room, and discovered a living room, as well. I was only there for a night, but that would be a big perk if I was staying longer. "Overall a great stay! We were in a Cortes Street property, which was a plus and minus. Plus: beautiful area, close to public transit, reasonably priced, cool old building. Minus: old building that is slanted all over the place inside (the stairs slant one way, the room a different way), closed windows weren’t actually closed due to the old frames, and the rooms are dominated by the large bed, which while very comfortable, in our room prevented the bathroom from opening all the way, giving you...

" It was very important that I called a week ahead to pay for parking and to make sure a lockbox was ready for us when we arrived after midnight when no one was at the main desk. I had to call again before we got on the plane for our lock box code. It was close to the subway entrance. The pool was in a different building and it was closed for maintenance. The main reason I picked this location was the pool for our son, he was very disappointed."

"Great location, right among shops and cafes on a hip street. Clean, large 1 bedroom apartment. As others have noted, it is super loud overnight with trucks loading nearby stores. They provide a sound machine but bring ear plugs! "

"The outside of the property was very nice. The front desk person was pleasant and accommodating. But it’s an older hotel. The rooms were dated and not overly clean. The pool was freezing! My mistake. I’ll be more careful when I book my next trip. It was disappointing."

"First, paint peeling in the bathroom. Second, people smoking at the small pool. And someone smoking weed. Third, breakfast was a joke - cold cheese eggs, no meat anywhere, cold waffles that you had to heat up. Come on I paid for better than this. At least we could bring our dog. Oh yeah watch out for dog crap, we cleaned ours up but not so for other people, yuck!"

"We stayed in a two bedroom suite. King sized bed in one room and queen in another. Clean bedding. Pull out couch in the living room had a horrendous mattress so keep that in mind for the unlucky fifth person who needs a place to sleep. Good sized kitchen. Single bathroom with exhaust fan not working and only three towels for family of five. If checking in after hours make sure you go to the main office the next day to rekey your room card. We didn’t know this was needed and ended up locked out...
