Escape to the Tuscan hills

We had a gorgeous week In Genevieve’s beautiful house, deep in the Tuscan hills. The house has all the charms of a traditional Italian farm house, but with everything you could need for modern living and it was impeccably clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the veranda and pool area is lovely. The best view ever from a kitchen sink! If you are wanting to get away from it all and immerse yourself in the Italian countryside, this is the place.

The escape we were looking for!

The house provided everything we’d hoped - peaceful and remote location, lots of wildlife, comfortable and well equipped, lovely pool and lots to do in the surrounding area. You need a car that can handle rough surfaces- but that’s all part of the fun! Communication with the owners was great.

Ruhig und naturverbunden

Das Haus liegt inmitten des toskanischen Apennins. Der Pool und die Terasse sind sehr schön angelegt, umgeben von einem Garten voller Obstbäume und duftenden Kräutern. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Treppen im Haus sind sehr steil, aber man kann bequem über eine Außertreppe in den ersten Stock gelangen. Alle Betten sind mit Moskitonetzen geschützt.

Toskana pur!

Als Familie wohnten wir zu viert eine Woche im Casa Mancino. Die Betten waren einwandfrei und die Moskitonetze über jedem Bett war goldwert. Das Haus ist sauber und richtig urgemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts, vor allem in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die Lage, besonders der Ausblick und die Ruhe ist ein Traum! Das Swimmingpool ebenfalls. Der Service von Genevieve und Robert ist schnell und super. Vor allem das leckere Öl aus ihrer Produktion! An die Zufahrt über die Schotterpiste gwöhnt man sich. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage.

Wunderschönes Haus mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Etwas abseits gelegen wird man nach 10minütiger Fahrt über einen intakten Schotterweg mit einem atemberaubenden Blick in die Berge der Toskana belohnt. Wenn man der vielen Menschen überdrüssig ist, lässt sich der Kontakt zur Zivilisation nahezu komplett vermeiden, denn die Casa Mancini bietet alles, was aus unserer Sicht erforderlich ist. Wenn man es doch möchte, sind mit Arezzo, Cortona und dem ein oder anderen sehr hübschen Städtchen genügend Alternativ geboten. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war bestens und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Prachtige locatie waar je heerlijk tot rust komt

Samen met mijn gezin een week op deze prachtige locatie verbleven. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en alles was tip top in orde. Het typisch Italiaanse huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuk zwembad met een goede temperatuur met comfortabele zitjes er omheen. De bedden in de slaapkamers zijn echt goed, wij hebben ondanks de warme temperaturen heerlijke geslapen. Maar misschien is wel het belangrijkste van dit huis, de omgeving. Je zit helemaal afgelegen, hebt prachtige vergezichten en kan echt helemaal tot rust komen. Echt een aanrader!

Tout simplement magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique à la villa Mancino. Merci à Geneviève et Robert pour l'accueil adorable. La maison est superbe et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un sejour parfait. La vue dans les collines toscanes est magnifique. Nous etions seuls au monde. Les enfants ont adorés avoir la belle piscine rien que pour nous. Anghiari et Arezzo valent le detour. La piste pour parvenir à la maison est un peu aventureuse mais pas de problème et nous avons eu la chance d'y voir chevreuil, sanglier et marcassins dans leur milieu naturel. Nous espèrons y revenir!

Ein kleines Paradies…

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit einem befreundeten Paar und einem kleinen Hund verbracht. Was soll ich sagen…, es war einer der schönsten Urlaube in einem tollen Haus und einer traumhaften Umgebung. Alles ist super gepflegt, der Pool herrlich erfrischend, der Kräutergarten riesig, die Ruhe erholsam und der Ausblick sensationell. Genevieve & Robert sind sehr herzliche Menschen und Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass die Anfahrt zu diesem Kleinod über eine recht anspruchsvolle Schotterpiste führt.

Superbe séjour toscan

Merci à nos hôtes Geneviève et Robert pour leur accueil chaleureux dans leur maison isolée en haut d’une colline toscane. La maison et ses aménagements extérieurs sont idéaux pour un séjour en famille. Tout est fait pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement. Bien que le chemin pour accéder est très arpenté (600m d’altitude), la maison est idéalement située pour parcourir la Toscane… les photos et descriptions sont fidèles à la réalité. Pas de mauvaise surprise… que du bonheur!
