"The Royal Albert Hotel is so convenient being right in the CBD. During our stay we went for many walks to see all the Christmas decorations & lights, everything was so close by. We enjoyed a perfect stay with the staff being very attentive & explained everything very well to us."

"Flew in early and the staff prioritised us to check in early. They were so friendly and accommodating and my husband made note of a lovely staff member Sophie who even after clocking out of her shift asked my husband how his day was and how was watching the Super Bowl. The amenities are first class and the room was exceptionally clean/spacious and even smelt nice. "
