“Cute renovated motel. Super clean facility and room. Not much parking since we had a trailer but able to park behind the motel and felt secure! Friendly staff!”

“I needed to call ahead of time as I have a sensitivity to highly scented cleaning products. I’m happy to say that there wasn’t any apparent smell from the cleaning supplies that were used. No carpets which is a plus. I appreciate it how willing the staff was to help make my stay comfortable and pleasant.”

“My room was nice and near the office. The room was clean and stocked with coffee as well as microwave and fridge. That was perfect for me. The lobby had a very limited continental breakfast. I wished the windows would stay open to let in the fresh Colorado air. Oh and the water was nice and hot and good water pressure too.”

“Had an issue with check-in. I reserved a king room and they tried to put me in a double queen room. When I went to speak to the attendant he was a little rude about the situation so things did not start off well The room was clean and kept clean , beds were uncomfortable and worn. Breakfast wasn't much at all, being a type 1 diabetic there wasnt any protein options so I was unable to enjoy the breakfast. I wouldn't stay again.”

“The microwave was filthy, crack below the door to the outside allowed plenty of cold air in, floor was peeling, bedding appeared used and unwashed, bathroom window dirty and full of bugs. No heat. We will never return!”

“It was convenient to Durango activities, Pool was good, hot tub was broken, work out room was a joke, faucet in room was about to fall off the sink, and whoever painted this place must have been drunk and painted it with a mop or broom. Not likely to go back to this place but it was all that was left over late.”

“We booked our room a long time ago. By the time we made the trip, my wife was in a wheelchair. The hotel is not very suitable for handicapped people. ”

“We had a really nice stay. It was great for dog owners, being on the path and next to the river. The river running by drowned out traffic noise. My only complaint was the bar/restaurant. The ambiance and staff were great, but the food was not great and overpriced. ”
