「Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing. They were also people kocking on the door for a long time at 6am in the morning, we were to scared to open the door because we had no idea whom it was, it could have been...

「The staff is kind and helpful. And location is very good, nearby has tram 28 bus station However the hotel facilities are old and heater temperatures was not enough, room was cold in winter. For the price and location are quite okay, but room clean is not good enough.」

「Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . 」

「A lovely little hotel with well equipped rooms ( on the small side but very practical ) including iron & board and powerful hairdryer. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Reception open 24hours. Convenient for city centre. Sadly lift was not working during our stay of 4nights but was not a problem for us, as didn't have any heavy luggage. We were more than happy with our stay and hope to return if back in Lisbon.」

「An excellent guesthouse which is absolutely spotless. Super fast WiFi (150mb), Cable Channels in English as well as Portuguese. Also about a 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Indente). Tram 28 stops at the Metro Station as well. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby as well 10/10!! 」

「Both staff: daytime Maria and nighttime Frendo are extremely courteous and helpful. They allow us to keep our luggage after check out for free, which is wonderful. The room is small but clean. We stayed there 3 nights and pretty satisfied. 」
