Nice and clean and shockingly spacious! We loved the charm and decor in this renovated property. Plenty of room for 4 cars to park. Short walk to beach and the pool area at the home was relaxing and lovely.

Thank you for hosting us; we absolutely loved staying here!! It’s an incredible and beautiful home located near everything we wanted to do on Anna Maria Island - the beach, shopping, dining, sightseeing and enjoying the island lifestyle. The home has a very private pool and spa where we spent most of our time, a rooftop deck for watching the sunsets, and a perfectly decorated and charmingly comfortable interior. We didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to returning next year, my family is already counting down to our next stay. Highly recommend!

The home is in the BEST location. It’s a very very convenient walk to the most beautiful beach. It’s also around the corner from food and shopping, but the street it’s on is very quiet. The back yard has lots of things to do besides swim including putt-putt and corn hole. The pool is nice as well. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and not worn. There is construction going on next door which you can hear from 2 of the bedrooms, but they didn’t do construction on Saturday or Sunday. There’s construction going on all over the island, so I think it would be hard to get away from. Wasn’t a huge problem. If the property company would spend an extra $20 to supply appropriate amount and decent quality paper goods (toilet paper/paper towels) and enough trash bags, I would have zero complaints. Highly recommend!

I rented this house for myself and 7 friends to have a little weekend away. We 100% would stay again! The proximity to the beach and restaurants is perfection and the owners were easy to talk to and very nice. When we walked in we were thankful the house was very clean and the outdoor shower where we could wash our feet helped us to leave it clean.
