Perfect Trip for Family

We had a wonderful stay at CView! We were even dampened by flooding due to Tropical Storm Debby and SeaBreeze provided us an extra night stay at no charge when we couldn’t get out. House is perfect for group beach vacation!

Absolutely Perfect!

Loved staying at C-View Florida. Plenty of room, well stocked, comfortable, nice pool and outside visiting area. Also this rental is within easy walking distance to beach and Bay Area and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Oh and the sea shells were beautiful on the beach and of course the clear blue ocean. Nice relaxing place to go.

The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner etc the kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans, utensils, dishes etc The kitchen also came with a small packet of cleaning supplies.

Immaculately cleaned!

Great house, great location and a great pool. It was very close for walking to the beach and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The house was well maintained, immaculately cleaned and stocked well.

Clean and comfortable!!

We had a great time at the C View! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. There were so many great beach items available to use. The outdoor living space was fantastic! I hope we get to go back next year!

Perfect family vacation

We had a large group staying at this beautiful home, and 3 babies, and it was perfect! Tons of space, beautiful pool with umbrella shaded sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, games and complimentary items. It was exactly what we needed and we would love to return one day! We visited from Belgium and it was so easy. Don't hesitate to book!! So happy with everything.

The welcome basket was such a nice surprise and it was great having all household necessities at the home upon arrival (dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.). Great stay over Thankgiving!

House was great size for the 9 of us. Ann was quick to respond to questions, all the house info that was provided was very thorough. Kids loved the pool and the dock came in handy for boat pickup! Kitchen is stocked for anything you may need. Great location as we walked to several restaurants in the area. Thank you for a great stay Ann!! We will return!

Great House!!!

Great House

A fantastic property (for a long girls weekend) on the northern end of the island close to the beach. Large family-friendly home, pool and dock. Fully stocked kitchen/Weber grill. Very open and inviting. Loads of beach and pool equipment. Could accommodate two families. We were 5 high school classmates. Will definitely return.

Well-Stocked, and Great Pool

Did not know what to expect from this new rental property. We were relocated to it when the house we rented on Longboat Key had a flood and needed extensive repair. However, Sea Dreams was beautiful, spacious and had a great pool. Kitchen was well stocked (could use liquid measures) and very functional. The only negative I found was that the master bathroom is very small especially for 2 people. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Island Getaway!

We stay at a lot of vacation rental homes due to having a large family that likes to all be together on vacation, and this was honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed. Well stocked, well maintained, clean, and beautiful! The kitchen had just about everything you can think of to need to prepare meals and feed a crew. The setup was just perfect for our large family. The backyard, pool and dock area was idyllic for a peaceful island getaway! We loved the house and are hoping to be able to come back soon!!

Home sweet home

Fabulous house in a nice quiet neighbourhood with all the trimmings. Great cupboards stocked with condiments and a delicious basket of treats in the hallway to greet us. Nice cool drinks in the fridge, you do know how to spoil guests! Can’t think of a single thing you haven’t provided us with 😊 Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy AMI like a local.

We will be back!

Beautiful, well appointed large home. Pool was perfect; we fished from the dock. A short walk to a great, less populated expanse of beach. The pictures are a very good representation of the property and the property is clearly well maintained. At one point, we had five adults and 3 children (five good sized bedrooms) and we didn't even feel over crowded. I love this island and we loved this home.

Our wonderful trip to C View

We have just got home from C View, we were a family of 4 we also went with another family of 4. The house was lovely with all you need iit is very well equipped, and very welcoming, we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to book again but it is full, I have to say that the whole of Anna Marie is a lovely place to be with your family as it is so safe,and there is so much to do, C View was wonderful in every way, I would highly recommend this home, we will be going back soon.

Amazing Vacation Home

We've stayed at a lot of wonderful homes through VRBO, but this house was our favorite yet. Everything at the property was very high quality, from the beach chairs, to the outdoor furniture, to the outdoor shower. The location is ideal - a very short walk to the beautiful Anna Maria beaches on the beautiful North side. The incredibly private, relaxing backyard made staying at the house equally as enjoyable! We stayed at the house with my mother and 4 children, but there was plenty of room to spread out. The property manager was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The dock was great fun for kayaking and fishing. We had a fabulous vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Our Family Thanksgiving Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation week very much. The house was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. It is spacious and our 9 family members were all very comfortable. The separate "wing" with two bedrooms and a bath was perfect for my son, his wife and two babies. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs,the pool and backyard very enjoyable. We were able to walk to the beach which was another plus. I would recommend this rental to anyone with a large group as it has space for everyone to be comfortable yet also be together. We will definitely be looking to return again in the future. The service was also excellent.

C-View Great Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful and roomy with open floor plan. Everything we needed in kitchen was provided as well as a nice welcome basket and instructions and notes from Erin(local contact) regarding any issues that are known. Pool is bigger than expected and shown in photos. Great view from canal dock(although you will need bug spray). Easy access to Gulf side beaches. Rental process and check-in were very easy and there is a local contact if anything is needed, although we didnt need to call. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you both Ann and Erin for letting us use this great vacation house.

Christmas Vacation

We have been to Anna Maria Island for 11 years in a row and stayed in condos and houses over the whole island. We now have a new favorite place to stay! We were so happy with the quality of the appliances and how well the kitchen was stocked, we ate in most of the time. The location was perfect. We pull our boat down from Michigan and found the canal and dock easy access in and out. We had a range of ages (17-73) and everyone found plenty to do within walking distance or a short ride. Unfortunately, the weather was unseasonably cold so we did not get to use the pool, but it looked beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in great location!

Perfect house for my family and 2 young kids; my sister’s family with two teens, and my parents in their 70s. Layout worked great with 2 sets of 2 bed room suites each with bath, plus a master w/bath. Anna Maria has something for everyone to do. 3 minute walk to a glorious white sand beach. Easy walk into the shopping district. Great activities on AMI. We will be back!! Erin was wonderful at quickly dealing with a minor maintenance issue. I highly recommend C-View!
