Superb Location !
We took a chance in booking a propertylocated above a retail space and the pay-off was huge. This is a lovely property, located on Pine - almost exactly at the mid- point between the InterCoastal waterway and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Choose whic beach you will enoy or enjoy the private backyard pool - In honesty, the kitchen is not well stocked but we were not really interested in cooking during our stay. The pool did become cloudy and a bit smally on our 4th day but Vacasa cust service has promised a "refund" for the days that the pool was not usable - almost 3 weeks post-stay, and I haven't seen any refund - so.... property is 5'ish and property management about 3'ish.

Anna Maria Island
We Love Anna Maria. This stay was a terrible experience. Only 2 vehicles allowed. We have driving teens and Adult Drivers. The biggest Problem was with Vacasa Management, they never followed through and did not assist when asked. The AC was on hold at 78 degrees.. that is not acceptable to stay in a facility and not be able to control AC at our comfort. the filter was filthy and they came to replace, did not cover the filter and it fell out of the return. it took two days for them to put it back up properly! Very few towels, one per person, let's be honest that is terrible! No shelves in Freezer, numerous stains and dirty spots on walls. the bathrooms had so much mildew in tile grout it was gross. I have pictures. the tv remotes and thermostat on how to use in book are not current! communications with Vacasa are time consuming and with no action! We will never ever rent again with agency EVER!! I have photos as well I can share to support my complaints.
