Perfect Stay for the family

We’re a family of 7 with two younger children. This property was close to the beach, had an awesome pool and the single floor layout really helped to keep an eye on the kids while they played indoors and out. Property was clean with plenty of towels and critical items needed for a week long stay.

Stay at the Beach

We absolutely loved this house. I visit Anna Maria annually with a close group of friends. This house was perfect for hanging out in the pool, hot tub, and around the living room chatting. We had plenty of space for sleeping and the 3 bathrooms were nice. The beach was close and beautiful as always. Unfortunately, we all arrived separately and parked in the street and a few of us got parking tickets. We'll need to make better plans for parking when visiting the island again.

Perfect home for our family vacation! Bungalow was clean, nicely decorated and provided with all nesessary items. Awesome pool, just as advertised, with amazing tropical garden. Shed and garage full of toys and useful equipment for pool and beach. Beach boutique rentals was extremely quick and helpful with assistance around the clock. Allthough minor malfunkions in pool (one waterfall and some lightbulbs) an absolute 5 star location and home. Highly recommended!

Close to being exceptional!

I like reading a real review, so I will leave one. The property is extremely nice indeed, the pool is really unique & lovely. The house is well furnished in a beautiful beach style motif and they have added an extra little beverage fridge and ice maker we definitely needed. The issues from us adults were minor, but worth mentioning. It’s time to change the batteries in the smoke detectors. The non stick pots and pans are deeply scratched and need a Costco set upgrade. A beach cooler, a few tupperware containers, foil and plastic bags would’ve been convenient..and bring spices or go buy at Publix, as there were no simple spices in the kitchen, 😉 not even salt and pepper! These items may be a PITA for the owner/management, but they make a beach getaway seamless when you don’t have to remember the small things. The primary bath sink at the back of the house has a water pressure issue, but the showers are great. (I would’ve loved a few more hooks in the bath rooms) there is a small gas grill but no gas provided, the main grill is charcoal only. These were small things you don’t know you miss until you rent a few houses, and we’ve been renting on AMI for 10 years. Like the beach cart at H2O,, they got the good one! All in all, we had an amazing time! Whoever owns the place has done a fantastic job with the renovation, & my comments are trivial but worth noting.. and knowing what we know, we’d lug our pan etc and rent H2O again for sure!

Oasis

Lovely home, grounds and pool. Plenty of space for me, the Husband , Mother, Aunt and 2 little dogs. The pool was the absolute best! Quick little walk to the beach and the beach access trails were beautiful. Hoping to go back to Anna Maria and I would love to rent H2O Bungalow again!

Great house for a family beach vacation

We had two families stay here and we all loved every thing about this house. So easy to get to best beaches on island, just two blocks away. Pool was amazing!!! We spent a lot of time in the pool at night and day-it was great! House felt just like home. Beds and showers were great. Needed necessities like salt, pepper and propane for grill but that was our only complaint. We will be back to AMI for sure and will stay here again!

Fantastic Beach House

The H20 Bungalow is a perfect beach house. It has an AMAZING backyard. The hot tub is actually hot and the pool's lazy river is a real lazy river. My family loved splashing around in the water. The house is full of all the basics that you will need including a few laundry pods, soap bars, shampoo/cond., a hair dryer, towels, pool floats (lots of them), umbrellas, beach gear, fishing poles, and a beach cart. We thought the property had a beach wagon but it was a cart. I was able to email with management and they brought us a proper beach wagon the next day. Very easy to communicate through email. Management at Beach Boutique Rentals was quick to want to help/resolve any issues and that is something that not all rental companies do on the island. This home is close to the beach and has a very large private yard. The kitchen has plenty of seating. The open floor plan and design of the home was just perfect for our family. Oh and as an added bonus they even had an extra ice maker. You really can never have too much ice. My family wishes that they could buy this home! Overall, I would highly recommend this home and this rental company.
