Nautical Situation's incredible backyard is a paradise for every guest! It features a unique lazy river pool, spa, putting green, relaxing covered patio with a BBQ grill, and a rooftop deck with unbeatable views.

The main living floor exudes chicness with a modern seating area, Smart TV, and elegant dining space. The gourmet kitchen features top-notch appliances and a spacious island with seating. Open the doors to a large deck with plush seating to enjoy stunning beach and backyard views and the fresh Gulf breeze.

The primary bedroom is a breathtaking escape with wood accents, a private balcony with beach views, and a large ensuite featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Six additional King suites offer luxurious ensuites, with one featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The eighth bedroom, designed for kids, includes a bunk bed and ensuite. Each room features soft bedding, premium mattresses, and a TV for comfort and entertainment.

Exceptional property

This was a beautiful home in a perfect location minutes from the beach. The outdoor area provided excellent entertainment for our family with varying ages of children. Any concerns were addressed immediately.
