  • Welcome to The Yellowfin Inn. Our new home away from home. This new construction offers an open floor plan and an awesome outdoor space for the family to enjoy. Direct canal views and a location that is equidistant to the Gulf of Mexico beaches and Pine Ave. restaurants and shops. Our home offers three paddleboards, a putting green and a beach cart to cater to all your outdoor needs. Come experience a stay at The Yellowfin Inn and soak in all that Anna Maria Island has to offer.

    ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
    Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
