Lovely place to stay

Fantastic place. Lovely and clean with nice garden and very well stocked. The hosts were incredibly helpful with pre information and on the arrival day.

Anstruther

Lovely accommodation. Very clean and everything you need for a short break. Beautiful back garden and even the weather was kind to us. Location is very good in town, near but away enough from crowds. Comfortable all round. Had a lovely week thank you.

Had a lovely time in this cottage, great location for main street of Anstruther

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is very cosy and comfy. Fully kitted out kitchen. Living room is spacious and couches very comfy. It is a fantastic location for anstruther, easy to gey to the beach. Even though there is no parking space attached to the property we always found a space in front. Easy to walk to neighbouring villages or just go to the beach. Sam was a great host, really helpful. Would recommend.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Being on the ground floor, the property is suitable for those with minor mobility issues. We stayed for a week - Anstruther and the surrounding area provided a wealth of great eateries. The main hub, Shore Street, is less than two minutes walk. From there, regular buses run along the coast to St Andrews (going north) and Leven (going south). For those concerned about previous reviews regarding the bathroom being in need of some TLC, we're happy to report that promised renovation has taken place. The bathroom is now modern with a SUPERB power-shower! Given the opportunity, we will happily revisit both Walker's Neuk and the surrounding area.

Beautiful cottage with pretty garden

Excellent. Provided everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed proccecco which was a lovely touch and very welcoming.Cottage located so near to harbour and restaurants which was great as my husband disabled and can't walk far.

Very comfortable, lovely bedding, well equipped, log burner. Anstruther is delightful. Struggled a bit with the TV, too much tech for us. Though we did eventually see a couple of films.

Cosy cottage

Beautiful cosy property for 2 we visited in the winter so did not use the garden. Bed very comfy. Very good bathroom with an outstanding shower. Parking to unload so a bit problematic but once unpack we parked further up the hill and was lucky to get a space the evening before leaving. Would recommend especially for 2 people

Heavy rain for most of our 5 days but flat warm and cumfy and visits to local restaurants v. enjoyable - esp. The Dory in Pittenweem and The Dreel in Anster. One small issue - slipped in the bath, bath mat needed.

Let’s do it again!

Our third time to stay here, because it’s super in location, coziness, and comfort. You cannot beat the walled back garden for a beautiful view. It’s perfect for a couple - within walking distance of the Anstruther harbor, butcher, baker, and Fife Walking Trail. Wonderful views everywhere, and warm and cozy to return to after a cold damp walk. Anstruther Fish Bar (and others), The Dreel Tavern, and the Cellar, 3 diverse eateries, are our favorites, but the Coop supplies a surprisingly reasonable variety of good food for nights in within easy walking distance.

Second Visit To Walkers Neuk

The cottage is as lovely as we remembered from first time round. Walkers Neuk is immaculately clean, well-equipped and ideally located to take advantage of the local eateries and drinkeries :) Comfortable, homely and within very easy walking distance to the main drag. We hope to be able to book again for next year as we've thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the past two years.
