「We had the worst deluxe pool.cottage, the highest on the estate, pool didn't work had to ask reception at least 3 times before resolved. Ocean view was over 400 metres away. Blue building on our left, reception said it was an administration office, it was in fact a water pumping station and sewerage treatment works, it was very noisy. When challenged they blamed experian itself, saying they had a poor relationship with them and to get a better deluxe cottage we should of used their own...
