"This hotel has a safety issues and sanity! My child got scratch from the bed frame which supposed to be covered but was not and even rusted. Hotel staff checked all rooms but all of their beds are subject to be safety hazard. One of the pillow case had mold! Worst experience ever for sure! "

"The breakfast wasn’t what the review stated it wasn’t good to me . Also the jets in the hot tub doesn’t give enough power to feel like a hot tub . It felt more like a soak tub full of warm water . So the hot tub I give it 0/10"

"Power went out twice in my room. It was odd because when I went down to the front desk I hear tvs on in other rooms. "

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"Pool and slides were fun for children and adults. Rooms need to be updated. Although clean, signs of wear and tear were apparent in the bathroom. "
