Located in the heart of Aprica, in a quiet residence just a few minutes' walk from the ski slopes, Appartamento Via Roma is the ideal retreat for those who want to experience the mountains with simplicity and warmth.
The main entrance of the residence leads comfortably to the first floor thanks to the elevator. A small pre-entrance leads to the apartment, which opens on the right, immediately revealing a welcoming and well-kept environment.
The living area, entirely finished in wood, creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a mountain vacation. Here we find a comfortable living area with sofa bed and a kitchen also equipped with a microwave and kettle, complete with all the essentials for cooking and sharing meals around a table designed to accommodate four people comfortably.
The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom, furnished with wardrobe, bedside tables and a practical desk, also perfect for those who need a space to read or work in peace. The bathroom, simple and functional, is equipped with a shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
One of the strengths of the accommodation is undoubtedly the wooden terrace that surrounds the entire house : a large, well-kept space equipped with comfortable seating, where you can relax in the open air, sipping a hot drink after a day in the snow or simply enjoying the silence and fresh mountain air.
