Two of us have knee issues and confirmed before our trip that there are about 5 steps up to the porch. Not very steep and they have a rail to hold if needed. No issues there. "Me and my 16 yrs old son stayed 4 days in March 2024. Appt. is small but works perfectly for 2. It is very clean and conveniently located on Magazine street. Great breakfast place is literally next door and a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. We used tram to get to the downtown/french quarter and lyft to get in other paces. "We’ve been to NOLA a lot but have never stayed outside the Quarter and were looking for somewhere quieter this time. Picked this place sort of at random and would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood, like all of New Orleans, is a mix of sketchy and really nice, but we felt totally safe walking around at night. "Always have a great stay at this property. A little older property but well maintained and recently updated. On site steakhouse is excellent. Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome. Many other excellent restaurants nearby or a streetcar ride away. "
