This was one of the most demeaning experience renting through VRBO, which I have been doing with my family for years. I have had one other previous experience with Vacasa before which was sub-optimal, and I had thought that was an outlier. However, after this experience, I will not rent myself, and if asked, will strongly discourage others as well. I do not want to spend more energy describing the issues, I have attempted to do so to the customer interfaces I have interacted with and the experience has been infuriating at worse, and unsatisfactory at best. There are enough options outside of Vacasa, and am glad the properties that are rented through you are marked clearly so I can avoid them in the future.
