“Está en medio de la nada. Tienen una carta para pedir comida porque no hay NADA cerca, pedí fish and chips y no había, pedí carne con arroz y no había... Al final pedí una pizza y el chico dijo que la dehars pagada y me la subiría al apartamento. Al cabo de una hora y media, me viene con media pizza fría y llena de salsa picante. Una broma de MUY mal gusto.”

“We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man.”

“This hotel isn’t an excellent stay what so ever especially for the price. The breakfast selection isn’t all that great. The room needs a lot of maintenance (clean the doors remove worn out mirrors the the paint job is terrible and the most simplest thing no washing cloth) and you can’t take breakfast back to your room… and also like to add that. The room next to me was being remodeled they were banging on the wall all day as if my room wasn’t being occupied. I did complain and they stopped the……

“酒店位置佳，紧靠海滩，距离商业区较近，房间面积较大，酒店配备有高尔夫球场，酒店服务员热情。 ”

“Beautiful hotel”

“Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money.”

“I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much”

“Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall”

“Clean and nice room. Good customer service”

“It was great stay”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“I love the environment, very serene”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und gemütlich. Die Parkanlage ist eindrücklich mit Palmen und grossen Affenbrotbäumen. Der Strand ist sauber.”

“Staff is very helpful”

“There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. The whole……
