「下午那位女性接待員態度非常惡劣，本來供應的飲用水沒有提供，到接待處查詢都不願意補回，後面住滿7天後可以提出清潔房間，約好時間結果沒有清潔，結果詢間更說好多理由拒絕服務，雖然最後都是清潔了，但態度差而且過程當中已經讓人感覺不快樂，絕對不會再回來了」
