"No soap in the room, half a role of toilet paper, not given enough towels and washcloths (4 people in the room) they gave us 2 sets, holes in the floor, we had to keep getting our key reprogrammed. Most of the Staff was not friendly or courteous. They tried to give me room where they had the leg of the bed propped up on small pieces of plywood. The blinds didn’t stay open for natural light we had to use something to hold them open. Many water stains in lamps and walls. Ac unit propped up and falling apart. It could be satisfactory if some love was put into it. But for now it’s a never AGAIN!"
