「We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch. 」

「What a gem!! I loved my stay at Mingarry Park. My room was clean and spacious and had the private hot tub which was a major plus. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very communicative. I had the most relaxing, restorative stay. And, they have an epic breakfast included which basically filled me up for the entire day. What a find! 「What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places. The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)」

「The room was the modest hotel room I’ve ever had. The bed was amazing, the bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub! The closet at the entrance was HUGE! Big enough for all our luggage and outerwear and then some! 」

「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」
