“I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. They then refused to refund any of the resort feees or charges.”

“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”

“The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap. The coffee is central in the lobby. Anyone who desires creamer uses a spoon in a Costco-sized communal……

“Location, location, location! Right next to the ski lift and shops which made everything so much easier for our little ones. The lodge was large, spacious, and very clean.”

“Resort was perfect. Pool and hot tub was excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was plush and the room had a recliner and sofa.”

“What an amazing location. The sounds of the river were amazing. The space is exactly as it said and is located in a great location where you can walk to almost anything at the resort. My wife and I will be back.”

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. I wish he had told me sooner so we could have stayed somewhere else. I notified management about them and still havent had a response almost a week later. Even……

“This the second time we have stayed at Expedition Station. It has a heated garage that is tall enough for a full size SUV with topper 9ft tall. The pool and spa are awesome. The location to the gondola is closer than the public parking. The condo is comfortable for our family of 7.”

“Nice slopeside condo in River Run Village at Keystone. Had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay.”

“Can’t beat the location. I advised the rental team that the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable and that there is a weird odor in the apartment ( maybe the very old rug in the living room) but they didn’t respond. ”
