“非常差体验”

“我們來此度蜜月，在飯店裡待了兩晚，預定地是Junior Suite房型。本飯店極為優秀，不僅挑不出缺點，甚至在各方面都感到甚為滿意，不管是房間本身、服務人員、大廳與公共設施、附設的餐廳與酒吧，以及附近的景觀，都堪稱頂級。 其中最令人難忘的是飯店下方比格勒海峽的海灘，雖然訂房網頁沒有特別註明，我們是到了才知道飯店下方有個私人海灘。海灘非常非常乾淨、海水也很美，特別是能眺望比格勒海峽對面的雪峰，這景觀實在是太美！！”

“Si planeas quedarte en el fin del mundo, este es el lugar para alojarse. El hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones muy amplias, las atenciones maravillosas y muy buena ubicación.”

“Muy mala experiencia. Al hacer el check-out intentaron cobrarme el IVA pese a ser extranjero y pagar con una tarjeta emitida en el exterior. Si hubiera desconocido la normativa, me lo habrían cobrado. Al señalar el error, insistieron diciendo que “tienen la orden de cobrarlo si hay un argentino en la habitación”, una explicación que no justifica incumplir la ley. Además, nadie del personal de atención al cliente habla inglés. Para un hotel que recibe turistas internacionales, esto dificulta……

“Pros: They had a shuttle service that went to the town center every hour, which was convenient. The transportation service to the airport arranged by the hotel was good. Hotel restaurant had a good selection of dinner menu. Cons: The service was ok for a five star hotel. The room we got was very basic, and was very close to the hotel restaurant and the restaurant had very loud music playing during dinner time around 8-9PM, the walls are not soundproof at all. We had to call the front desk to……

“Lindo el paisaje y el clima”

“Breakfast included but no good, both of us didn’t even touch it, there was human hair in my egg, very disgusting. Bread was cold, you need to warm up yourself. The room is small, very narrow, bed was too soft, I need to see chiropractor after my trip due to I slept on this bed with no back support.! if you have a sensitive back, I would not suggest to stay only good thing is the staff is friendly and the location is very close to all the restaurants.”
