“I only had one knock about the place they offered us a package. What we paid for a breakfast and a lunch and a happy hour. It was a little underwhelming. I definitely would skip that doing this again. But other than that, the front staff was nice. The grounds were very well kept. It was very close to the main strip walkable. For other restaurants and things in the area, the beach was also very close walkable. To Hollywood beach and Cartagena beach and I enjoyed the things at the hotel. The pool,……

“Es un hotel nuevo con cuartos muy lindos y comodos. Pero considero relevante tener en cuenta lo siguiente : 1. Hotel de 5 pisos sin ascensor 2. No hay aire acondicionado en zonas comunes asi que toca mentalizarse a llegar y derretirse en el lobby, desayunar asado de calor y subir escaleras acalorado. 3. La piscina queda en el 5 piso, no hay ducha arriba. La piscina es mas como un jacuzzi grande. Las camitas para el sol quedan al lado de las maquinas del aire acondicinado asi que el calor es……

“This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. “Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss.
