「We enjoyed everything about our stay in this quaint and convenient home: the uniqueness of a century-old space, walking to Union Station, the supermarket, coffee shop and local pub, and definitely the kind attention of owners Eric & Jason. Even my husband slept well! We would definitely stay there again!」

「The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.」

Including breakfast before we went to the conference. the food they served at the restaurant downstairs was superb! Great location! I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back! 「Location, location, location. This is a perfect location for sightseeing in Washington DC. It is a short walk to the Capitol, National Mall, and many museums. It was perfect for our week-long trip. A safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. Lots of on-street parking. We found parking on the street before and then we didn’t need to move our vehicle for street sweeping. Our family (2 adults, 4 kids aged 9-15) fit well in this apartment with plenty of sleeping room. There’s enough seating at the...
