「The house was perfect for our group! There was a lot of room to spread out and everything was very comfortable and set up so well. The kitchen, living room, downstairs game room, outside patio- everything was perfect! For a short stay, we actually had to use the laundry, and it was perfect too! The house is so well located- In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything that you need with an easy drive into Washington and the airport, as well as an easy walk to the metro for a quick ride into...

「最寄りのメトロ駅まで徒歩で15分ほど、バス停までは5分ほどです。オフィス街に続く閑静な住宅街の中にあります。アメニティはほぼホテルと同じ。管理人との直接の接触はありませんが、メールベースでのやり取りは、夜中でも非常に早い対応でした。建物全体が一つの空調で管理されていて快適ですが、送風の音が大きいのが少し気になりました。ただ、これはアメリカのどの家庭でもほぼ同じレベルのようです。2階建てですが、今回は一人での滞在だったためか、2階へのドアは閉じられ、1階のみの使用でしたが、ベッドルームは３つ、バストイレは2カ所あり、ダイニングもありました。食器、調理器具は必要な物はすべて揃っています。調味料は塩こしょうのみ。コーヒー豆の大袋が２つ、サービスで付いていました。アメリカの家庭にホームステイしているような感じで、非常に落ち着いた滞在ができました。」

「Horrible accommodations. Property is an apartment, not a house. Host provided no check in details so I attempt to access the property that was someone’s home. There are no blinds or curtains on windows so there is no privacy. It’s also on a busy road so within the main bedroom lights are blaring in the whole night. Toilet does not work, no running water. We left before a full 24 hours because the property is so gross and the host did nothing to fix the issue. 」
