“The condo was perfect for our family stay. It’s location was great - near our daughters place and convenient to shopping, restaurants on the Rosslyn metro. Also an easy walk across the bridge to Georgetown. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the appliances worked. Our bed was comfortable. The 3rd bdrm is only accessible though the 2nd bdrm. This was fine for us as our adult daughters like sharing spaces. Overall pleased with the apartment and would stay here again. ”

“最寄りのメトロ駅まで徒歩で15分ほど、バス停までは5分ほどです。オフィス街に続く閑静な住宅街の中にあります。アメニティはほぼホテルと同じ。管理人との直接の接触はありませんが、メールベースでのやり取りは、夜中でも非常に早い対応でした。建物全体が一つの空調で管理されていて快適ですが、送風の音が大きいのが少し気になりました。ただ、これはアメリカのどの家庭でもほぼ同じレベルのようです。2階建てですが、今回は一人での滞在だったためか、2階へのドアは閉じられ、1階のみの使用でしたが、ベッドルームは３つ、バストイレは2カ所あり、ダイニングもありました。食器、調理器具は必要な物はすべて揃っています。調味料は塩こしょうのみ。コーヒー豆の大袋が２つ、サービスで付いていました。アメリカの家庭にホームステイしているような感じで、非常に落ち着いた滞在ができました。”

“Great for our family get-together, close to shops for our area coffee tour, visiting DC, and big enough for our family pasta-making class in home. It was also super clean and was stocked with amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, etc. in all the bathrooms, everything anyone might need in the kitchen). ”

“Horrible accommodations. Property is an apartment, not a house. Host provided no check in details so I attempt to access the property that was someone’s home. There are no blinds or curtains on windows so there is no privacy. It’s also on a busy road so within the main bedroom lights are blaring in the whole night. Toilet does not work, no running water. We left before a full 24 hours because the property is so gross and the host did nothing to fix the issue. ”

“Hands down, the best VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. We booked it for our annual girl’s trip. Perfect location- we felt so safe - and the drive to DC each day was so beautiful- and quick. I have never seen a property so organized and accommodating. It was just absolutely perfect. These owners have thought of everything!
