"Pools water was super cold unable to use when brought to the staffs attention they stated they had no control over it. Staff didn’t come and clean the rooms while we left. "

"The staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond to get us checked in early. However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting. Loved the area."

"The staff was amazing. The room was clean and climate was perfectly controlled. The bathroom was nice and the shower was AMAZING. The only thing was the breakfast area was too small so we couldn't get any food."

"Centrally located. Room was decently clean; others hair found in sheets; hair all over the floor; however the bathroom was clean. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people sneeze from outside of their rooms. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. "
