"The breakfast menu was limited to waffles that you can make yourself, coffee, juice and yogurt. The room was clean but you have to request daily cleaning, otherwise they clean every 3 days (that's what I understood). I was aware but did not use the laundry facilities. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. "

"The staff was nice. The room was clean. The room was spic and span. It was tidy. The restrooms was really clean. The downfall was the beds that were squeaky and not comfortable and we were hoping the swimming pool would’ve been open, but it wasn’t other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 the bed alone was 3-10."

"The guy at the front desk was dealing with an irate customer, and it was able to stay calm, cool and collected, even though he only had bad news for the customer but he took care of me and they let me leave so they can continue their business. I thought that was very professional of them since I was a lady and the guy was screaming at front desk, but they got me out of there quickly. The only issue was that there was a red blood stain on the sheets on the bed. We just threw them off to the side."
