“Really good”

“Breakfast was terrible and made my son and i very sick. Water pressure and temp were nonexistent and the tub clogged when showering. The tv was not working and was unplugged, which i fixed myself. When we turned on the heat the smoke detector just kept going off. Then i was told some foreign website tried to purchase extra rooms there and they wouldn't and couldnt do anything to rectify the problem.”

“My sister and I just finished celebrating our birthdays here, and honestly, it was everything we needed and more. The experience was so memorable, and it really started with Michelle, our personal Concierge. Her thoughtfulness and superior customer service set the tone for the entire stay—you can feel that same level of care everywhere, from the Front Desk to Housekeeping and the Spa. We had dinner at Knoxie’s, and both the food and the service were top-tier. But I have to give a huge shout-out……

“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel……
