“Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Terrasse au soleil le matin, train à quelques pas pour visiter les environs. Je recommande ce logement.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.”

“Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ……

“Fantastic property! Very close to shopping and restaurants. Short walk to Old Town (open air market), Promenade des Etats Unis, and multiple restaurants.The property is very clean and professionally decorated. The kitchen is stocked with anything one might need should you decide not to enjoy one of the many local restaurants. Additionally a great bar area for entertaining. A true gem!!
