「My name is Robson Green. I am an actor based in the United Kingdom. I mentioned it many times to the reception that the noise in room 408 next door to my room 407 was beyond ridiculous. I may as well have had a brass band playing next door.. taking into account the amount I paid for my Room and I was doing interviews for a film I was just releasing and there was nowhere in the drawing room I could have a conversation on Zoom or interview online. Eventually the noise stopped for two hours and...

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
