A relaxing time in a beautiful villa and environment.

Pros: Annie was very welcoming, and has equipped Can Petit Estel with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The furnishings are very comfortable, and beautifully presented. AC in the bedrooms makes for easy sleeping, and the downstairs fans keep you cool when used with the traditional shutters to keep the sun out. Recently fitted mosquito nets to all windows and doors helped to keep bugs out. The shared pool is just under 20m long, and while was generally very quiet, with only a few families using it. There are lots of beaches within easy access. Betlem is the last village on southern end of Alcudia bay and as such is wonderfully quiet with little traffic. The local cafe is run by a Parisian lady and has great gluten free flans. The same building hosts the Franck Pana Es Calo restaurant which also offers a good range of Gluten Free options and beautifully cooked food. The track to Calo beach offers just under a 10km loop with some decent shade in the morning. Cons: Potable water is not reliable so a lot of plastic bottles were needed to quench the thirst. The only kitchen utensil our teenage son uses is a pizza cutter, and he was thrown by the absence of one!?!

Pros: Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa im Norden von Mallorca! Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der gepflegte Aussenbereich mit einem Esstisch und Sonnenliegen, der großzügige Gemeinschaftspool und der Tennisplatz haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die nahegelegene Bäckerei mit ihren köstlichen Backwaren war das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen – ein Paradies für Erholungssuchende!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Pros: Es war alles vorhanden!!!Strandtücher, Handtücher, Duschgel, Mückenschutz. Wir brauchten nur Lebensmittel kaufen. Es war absolut ruhig und entspannt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Annie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar.

Renovierte Villa im ruhigen Betlem

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einführung von Annie, der Besitzerin. Die Villa ist renoviert und bestens ausgestattet. Wir empfanden unseren Aufenthalt als äußerst komfortabel. Gemeinschaftlicher Pool sauber und täglich gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. In drei Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Küste, wo man die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge bewundern kann. Gerne wieder!

Ein schöner entspannter Urlaub mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre!

Pros: Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist in dem Ort Betlem gut aufgehoben. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, sehr schön und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir waren, aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen über die sehr, sehr leisen Klimageräten in den Schlafzimmern begeistert. Auch die Betten / die Matratzen sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Erwähnenswert ist auch noch die schöne Holzterrasse, welche von Oleanderbüschen umgeben ist. Cons: Die sich an dem Gemeinschaftspool befindlichen Liegen sind schon etwas abgenutzt und könnten teilweise ausgetauscht werden.

Perfekter Urlaub in perfekter Unterkunft

Pros: Privater Garten sehr stielvoll mit schönen Blumen und bequemen Gartenmöbel, angrenzender Pool sehr gross und toll zum Schwimmen, Unterkunft sehr schön möbliert und Küche sehr gut bestückt, alles perfekt zum selber kochen, ganze Unterkunft sehr sauber. Lage super in Nähe von Sandstrand (10 Minuten zu Fuss), Wanderroute GR 222 Einstig 5 Minuten, vom Garten toller Blick in die Berge.

Das zweite Mal in Can Petit Estel und wieder alles perfekt!

Pros: Herzlicher Empfang von Annie. Sehr komfortabele Einrichtung und hochwertiger als die Nachbarvillas. Absolut ruhige Lage. Sauberer und aussergewöhnlich grosser gemeinschaftlicher Pool, nicht sehr besucht. Die Nähe zum Meer (knappe 5 Minuten zu Fuss) und die wunderbaren Sonnenuntergänge haben wir (fast) jeden Abend genossen. Es gibt zwar keinen Sandstrand, aber trotzdem kann man an der Küste von Betlem an einigen gut zugänglichen Plätzen ins Meer schwimmen, schnorcheln, padeln oder kayaken gehn.
