「I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money.
