"Staff was very nice and helpful Emma was very helpful and she even tried to get me a room sooner because I landed sooo early. Rooms are 10 out of 10 very comfortable beds if I need to put something bad is that they don't have a restrooms in the lobby but maybe they can work something out with the restaurant next door since they have a lot of them and they are clean also and excellent food ."

"Overall, would stay again. My biggest complaint is the air in the room. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my parents. My room, while the thermostat said set to 66°F(the lowest it could go), never felt cold. My parents room was worse. They both sweated during the night. The Paperback Tavern was really really good! We ate there every night for supper. 10/10, already miss their Boston cream pie. I'm sure there's so much more to the hotel, but really we stayed busy during the day and by the time we got back, we had just enough energy to eat and then collapse in the room."

"10 on 10 experience except for one female at their front desk who treated me with a little discrimination. I was supposed to check in on August 15 in the afternoon but I was travelling overnight from Vancouver and my flight landed at 9 AM so I requested early check-in the lady when I got to the hotel at around 10:30 AM did not cooperate at all. She was giving me a little irritated answers and asked me to sit on the side. l.There was another gentleman on duty on the same time he helped me out and he got me the room earlier than the actual check-in time. The female could have created with the same way as the man did. I did not see her name, but with my arrival time and the date the management can probably figure out who she was."
