“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Just got back from an awesome stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba, and I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars. The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable, everything felt fresh. Perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the bar folks had big smiles and were quick to help with whatever we needed. Made the whole vibe feel welcoming and relaxed. Food-wise, the restaurants were top notch. Plenty of variety,……

“Hilton was great about adjusting our travel dates due to a winter storm back home. Jayden at the front desk was stellar and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the location excellent. It will be good to get the other pool open soon as the pool complex as it stands now lags behind the other Palm Beach hotels, as does the quality/value of the pool bar. Overall we had a very good stay!”

“Clean room and staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Only disappointment was our hot tub was not working properly so we dis bit get to enjoy that. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

You can’t adjust the room temp to be any colder than the preset temp. But I like my room to be as cold as I can get it. It was not a problem just an observation. ”
