“Do NOT pick this property!! It is NOT on the beach, every all inclusive amenity is at the other resort across the street, other than a small tiki bar. Concierge and front desk close early and you have to go to other resort for any help with anything!! This place should be closed down!! Thr shuttles take so long to get you; it’s almost as if the other guests at their other “resort” are far more important. Guest experience was never there! We basically spent all of our vacation and the other……

“Nice easy walk to the beach, our room had a smell so we had to switch rooms. The staff was very friendly and nice and the restaurants were delicious! Best to upgrade to the deluxe for more food options for dinner. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
