We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. "나카스와바타역 근처라 후쿠오카 인근 여행하기 입지적 조건이 좋습니다. 단 구글맵을 통해 위치를 찾아 갔으나 주거단지 안쪽에 위치하여 찾는데 굉장히 어려움이 있습니다. 와이파이 잘되고 에어컨도 잘되고 세탁기도 있고 단 인덕션이 있으나 냄비를 인식하지 못하여 취사는 어렵습니다. 아울러 복층이라 생활과 취침 구역을 나눠서 생활하기 좋았습니다."

It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing.
