「First of all...the cabin itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Absolutely recommend getting the forest side! The mountain side is a cluster of the "motel" rooms, RVs, parked cars and the highway. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. 「The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.」

「Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property is in an ideal location to visit the Grand Canyon and is just about one hour away. The house has a beautiful view as well. The beds were comfortable. 「The cabin was indeed cozy and felt like the perfect accommodation for our family. It is located only 10min away from downtown but remote enough to enjoy the beautiful nature and have some squirrel, bird and deer sightings. Perfect distance to the Grand Canyon as well.
