We came in after dark and it didnt look like much but check in was super easy the front desk staff was friendly even though it was late. Our room was super cute very spacious and clean. It was in the 30's and while the trailer was heated, it didn't reach the bedrooms, and there was just a fairly thin blanket. I was freezing. But otherwise, it was pretty nice.
