“My partner and I love this place. We were able to see the stars at night, I love that we were able to see the mountains near by , the checking process was easy and also checking out. The road getting there was bumping but luckily we had a Jeep to get us through it . I love that they provide us with wood to keep us warm. We wish they had a microwave but overall I would rent here again.”

“The unit was dirty. I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. There were a dozen dead moths throughout the unit and the pillow cases were dirty. We cut our stay short here and found another room elsewhere. I told the host these issues via the Vrbo chat and never heard back from them.”

“We stayed at the tiny home park (Unit 60B) from March 22–23, and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient to the Grand Canyon, which made it a great base for our visit.The mile-long dirt road leading to the property was a bit bumpy, but manageable. “We booked the tiny home as a jump off point to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, we were not looking for extravagant accommodations. While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs.
