「It was great. Super cozy but one thing we were kinda bummed about is that my family and I bbq year round and even though there was a grill and tank we couldn’t use it because the tank was empty. Also just a suggestion to get a better shovel, as one day it snowed while we were there, the shovel was super cheap and didn’t do such good cleaning.」

「This house was great for our family in the main house, and Grandparents in the back house. The home was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this property if you are going to the Grand Canyon. We went to the Canyon Coaster (2 min away) and Bearizona (5 min away) along with the Grand Canyon.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐」

「A friend and I stayed here over my birthday. There are separate entrances to the two living spaces and I wouldn’t have known if I had not read the reviews. Totally fine for us, we like having separate bathrooms and breathing room. Both up and downstairs beds were in need of new mattresses. The downstairs was dusty and there was some gross debris in the couch. Pots and pans still had food on them. The outside area around the place was beautiful. The proximity to Snowbowl was fabulous!」

It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. I also wanted to stay an extra day and they were able to work that out for me in the front office. I will definitely return with more family it’s a great family environment to bond and explore. Only one hour from the Grand Canyon and one hour from Sedona each day we sit out to explore a different park.」
