「Lovely little village. Great food 」

「We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was always clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, and the peacocks were a lovely treat. The staff were super helpful and attentive throughout our stay. You definitely get good value for the money paid. Breakfast was okay – not the best – but we understand it is focused on a traditional English breakfast. It would be nice to have a vegetarian sausage option and boiled eggs as well....

「Room clean and well appointed. Had asked for ground floor room as I have mobility issues but not given but was immediately changed when asked about this. My friend was also changed so that we had next door rooms. I was cold during night but following morning was given extra duvet and maintenance came and showed me how to alter heating control. I had highered the bathroom floor heating instead of the room. Lovely continental breakfast. Very satisfied all round.」

「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was...

「Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!」
