The staff were polite and very proactive in terms of asking us for any special dietary requirements. Special call out to the staff at restaurant (Tra My & Ang) and at reception (Phu Ong), who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the villa upgrade as well. It was spacious, clean and loaded with lot of amenities like sauna, etc. Enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again!"

"The room was not the room we booked on line. Requested a room change and was shown the same room but on a different floor. The one we got, came with a price increase. Moved the next day..Mold and mildew everywhere. Hard to breathe. Nothing we could do about it. I The rooms are very dated. Bathroom was clean and updated. Staff, especially Gusmi, were very nice. "

"Very good location, only a few minutes from the beach and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants close by. Staff were so friendly especially with my young baby, always helping with the pram when it comes to the steps and accommodated with a cot in the room free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and changed everyday."
