“Rezervasyona 1 saat kala Ece Suite’te odanın kombisinin bozuk olduğu söylenerek Kumsal Hotel’e yönlendirildik. Daha küçük bir odaya alındık, itiraz edince önce “yok” denilen başka bir odaya geçtik. İkinci gün kaloriferler kapatıldı, açılamayacağı söylendi ve tekrar oda değiştirildi. Son odada klima yetersizdi, istediğimiz battaniye bile getirilmedi. Sürekli oda değişimi ve ısınma sorunu nedeniyle konaklama son derece konforsuzdu.”

“Good location and responsive staff, with lots of restaurants, shops, coffee places and groceries around. But the property is on top of a car hire and parking company, and if you’re staying on the first floor be mindful that they move cars and wash the parking floor, which makes noise until the morning. I complained once and the owner kindly offered to change my room, but I didn’t feel like packing and moving at 3 am in my pyjamas. In general, not worth the price. You can find better places in……
