「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「The hotel was located close enough to Ortaköy, with a short walk of around 8 minutes away. The return journey was slightly longer due to steep heels but okay if you don’t want to skip leg day. The room was clean and tidy, with shampoo and body wash provided as well as complimentary water. The TV fitted in the room also at Netflix which was useful, enabling you to keep up to date with the latest series, etc.」

「I recommend! The room is cozy, good location and the staff is excellent. They even helped me ordering food because the apps didn’t accept foreign phone numbers.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Melas Hotel Istanbul and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and quiet, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service was consistently attentive. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s wellness facilities, including the...

「amazing hotel but the staff at rooftop was really rude, and kept asking if we were staying here and refused us entry. the staff always questioned if we were actually staying here」
