“Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.”

“Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to……

“Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang……

“View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.”

“Es war alles top. Zimmer sauber, Tiefgarage vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück”

“Staff at reception and breakfast kind of grumpy. The receptionist with the accent is polite. The rooms are clean”

“Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time”

“Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene”

“Fräscht familjevänligt hotell med trevlig trädgård och poolområde. Fantastisk frukost! Middagen höll inte lika hög nivå. Gymmet var outstanding om än varmt.”

“值得”

“Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal von Anfang bis Ende so dass man wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben ist! Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!”

“Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town.”

“They are outstanding”

“My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again.”
